Before you begin:

- All presenters must also register for the conference. Please see the Meeting Overview page for details.
- Students: You will be entered into the appropriate presentation award category based on the responses you provide in form. If you make an error during entry, please contact one of the Program Co-Chairs with your correction.
Important Dates:
- February 27 (11:59 pm EST) - Abstracts Submission Deadline
- March 6 - Authors Notified of Abstract Status
- March 15 - Deadline to reserve hotel room with NEERS rate at the Provincetown Inn
- April 10 - Early Registration Deadline
