Meetings - Getting Started


Be sure to check out the information in the "Meeting Overview" tab for information on formatting your abstract, meeting location, and costs.


Follow these steps to register for a conference or to submit an abstract:


(NOTE: if you are attending a meeting as a non-member, skip to step 3.)


1. Create a password (see note above).


2. Check your membership status - renew if you need to, but hold off on paying the invoice until you register for the conference. (Click "View Profile" to check your membership and view outstanding invoices.) 


3. Go to the events page or click the link to the right to submit an abstract or register for a conference.


4. Click "View Profile" to view and pay outstanding invoices.


If you need to review your registration information, just go to the event and click on "Already Registered."

Contact the Webmaster with technical questions about this website and issues with abstract submission and registration.


Contact the Treasurer with questions about invoices and payments - you can pay by credit card, money order, check, and cash.

2020 is our 50th Anniversary!


Spring 2020: Join us in Salem, MA for the Spring 2020 Meeting, June 4-6, at Salem State University. We are returning to the birthplace of NEERS for our 50th! Meeting details are available on the Meeting Overview page.




Fall 2020: We'll be returning to the Spring House Inn on Block Island, RI! Join us on October 15-17, 2020. More details coming soon.


Spring 2021: We are working on a joint meeting with AERS to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of NEERS and AERS joining together to form ERF (now CERF). Potential locations include Long Island and Brooklyn, but plans are still in the works. Contact Brett Branco, the President-Elect, if you would like to get involved with the planning process.



Fall 2021: We hope to see you at CERF! Richmond, VA, November 7 - 11, 2021.
